  1. 1. Roll dough into a rustic 11" round.
  2. 2. Toss berries with sugar & a pinch of salt.
  3. 3. Mound in the center; fold edges over.
  4. 4. Brush with cream, dust with raw sugar.
  5. 5. Bake 425°F for 35 min, until bubbling.

Subscribe by the 25th to get the next month's envelope. Otherwise, you'll be on the following month's mailing.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes — at checkout you can add a recipient address and a custom note we'll handwrite on the postcard.
Can I cancel anytime?
Of course. Cancel from your account dashboard, no questions asked.
Do you ship outside the US?
Right now we only ship within the US. International is on our list — join the waitlist below.
